TGirlHeat (tgirlheat.com) respects copyright and follows the rules of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we only link to and embed videos hosted on other sites, removing a listing here means we take down the link on TGirlHeat, but the original file stays on the host site. The host should also be notified if you want the file removed.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to our Copyright Agent through the contact page at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each listing on tgirlheat.com you want removed
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after you send a notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listed content from TGirlHeat. If your notice is missing information, we will ask you to provide it. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will be banned from our site. If you believe a removal was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice under § 512(g) using the same contact page.
